What We Do in the Raymond area

Below is every septic service available in Rice County. Each one has its own page with more detail on what the work includes and how it is priced.

  • Septic Tank Cleaning

Septic tank cleaning in your neighborhood goes further than a quick pump-out. The tank is pumped, then the walls, baffles and corners are washed down so built-up sludge and hardened scum come out too.

  • Emergency Septic Service

Emergency septic service in Rice County homes handles sewage backing up into the house, overflowing tanks, alarms going off and toilets that will not flush. The first step is stopping more water from going down the drains.

  • Septic Tank Repair

Septic tank repair in local properties fixes cracked tanks, broken baffles, damaged inlet and outlet pipes, leaking seams and failed lids. Many problems can be repaired without replacing the whole tank.

  • Drain Field Repair

Drain field repair in local properties fixes soggy ground, sewage odors and slow drains caused by a struggling leach field. Common causes include crushed lines, root intrusion, clogged gravel and solids washed out of an overdue tank.

  • Septic Inspection

A septic inspection in Rice County homes checks the tank, the baffles, the liquid level, the drain field and every part of the system for signs of trouble. It is the best way to catch problems before they turn into backups.

  • Septic Tank Installation

Septic tank installation in your area covers new systems for new homes, additions and properties moving off failed systems. It starts with a site evaluation and the soil testing your county requires.

  • Grease Trap Pumping

Grease trap pumping in homes and businesses around Raymond empties the fats, oils and grease that restaurants, cafeterias and commercial kitchens collect in their traps. Full traps cause backups, odors and code violations.

  • Septic Tank Replacement

Septic tank replacement in the Raymond area removes or abandons a failed tank and installs a new one. Old steel tanks rust through, and older concrete tanks can crack or collapse.

  • Real Estate Septic Inspection

A real estate septic inspection in Raymond and nearby towns gives buyers, sellers and lenders a clear picture of the system before a sale closes. Many lenders and some counties require one.

  • Drain Field Replacement

Drain field replacement in your neighborhood builds a new leach field when the old one has failed beyond repair. The new field is sized to the household and the soil, and usually needs a permit and a soil test.

  • Septic Tank Locating

Septic tank locating in Rice County finds a tank that is buried, unmarked or lost after a move or a landscaping project. Crews use probes, line tracing and electronic locators to pinpoint the tank and its lids.

  • Septic Backup Cleanup

Septic backup cleanup in local properties deals with sewage that has come back up through floor drains, toilets or tubs. The tank is pumped to stop the backup and the cause is found.

  • Septic Line Repair

Septic line repair in Rice County homes fixes cracked, crushed, separated or root-filled pipes between the house and the tank, or between the tank and the drain field.

  • Septic Tank Riser Installation

Septic tank riser installation in homes and businesses around Raymond brings the tank lids up to ground level. Without risers the lids are buried, so every pump-out starts with digging.

  • Septic Lid Replacement

Septic lid replacement in your area swaps cracked, broken or unsafe lids for new secure covers. A damaged lid is a fall hazard and lets rainwater into the tank.

  • Septic Baffle Repair

Septic baffle repair in Rice County homes fixes or replaces the inlet and outlet baffles that keep scum and sludge inside the tank. A missing outlet baffle sends solids straight into the drain field.

  • Effluent Filter Cleaning

Effluent filter cleaning in local properties removes the build-up on the filter at the tank outlet. The filter stops small solids reaching the drain field, but it slowly clogs and can cause slow drains and backups.

  • Septic Pump Repair

Septic pump repair in Rice County fixes the effluent pumps used in systems where the drain field sits higher than the tank, or in mound and pressure systems.

  • Lift Station Service

Lift station service in your neighborhood covers the pump chambers that move wastewater uphill to a tank, sewer main or drain field. Homes, subdivisions and commercial sites all use them.

  • Aerobic Septic System Service

Aerobic septic system service in Raymond and nearby towns keeps ATU systems working: the air pump, diffusers, chlorinator, spray heads and alarms all need regular checks. Many counties require a maintenance contract for aerobic units.

  • Septic Line Jetting

Septic line jetting in the Raymond area uses high-pressure water to clear grease, sludge, scale and roots from the lines to the tank and the drain field.

  • Septic Camera Inspection

A septic camera inspection in homes and businesses around Raymond sends a waterproof camera through the lines to show cracks, roots, sags, blockages and separated joints.

  • Septic Maintenance Plans

Septic maintenance plans in your area put pumping and inspections on a regular schedule, so the tank never gets too full and small problems are caught early.

  • Commercial Septic Service

Commercial septic service in your area covers restaurants, churches, schools, offices, RV parks, campgrounds and farms. Larger tanks and heavier use mean more frequent pumping.

  • Septic Service

Septic service in homes and businesses around Raymond covers everything a septic system needs over its life: pumping, cleaning, inspections, repairs, filter cleaning and drain field care.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be home for septic pumping?

Not always. The crew needs access to the tank and lids; let them know about gates, pets and where the tank is.

What happens if I never pump my septic tank?

Solids build up and flow into the drain field, which clogs it. That leads to backups, odors and an expensive drain field replacement.

Can I use the toilet after pumping?

Yes. You can use water normally as soon as the crew has finished.

Are septic additives worth it?

Additives do not replace pumping. A healthy tank already has the bacteria it needs; regular pumping is what keeps it working.
